Bénédicte first began her career in the media at Radio France (1999-2001) before joining Radio Nova (2001-2004). After Nova, she carried out various different roles in programming, music venue management and artist management. 

She previously worked as the programmer at La Bonne Aventure for Les Nuits Secrètes (2006-2008), managed La Cave aux Poètes in Roubaix (2005 to 2012) and was the programmer at the Triptyque, which went onto become Paris Social Club. She became the manager and artistic director of File7, the SMAC-labelled contemporary music venue in Val d’Europe (Magny-le-Hongre, 77), manager of Ottis Coeur group, CHEC auditor at the Ministry of Culture, and head of the Hip Hop Île-de-France local section for Inouïs du Printemps de Bourges. Thanks to her varied experience, she has in-depth knowledge of the live sector.

Bénédicte holds a master’s in cultural project management from the Observatoire des Politiques Culturelles in Grenoble. She is currently working on research on the role of women in the music industry. The choice of topic was only natural, because Bénédicte has been striving for gender equality in the music sector since the start of her career.
